If you are still unsure after reviewing resources and lists of songs, don’t be afraid to choose a few songs and let your wedding dance specialist help you. They can show you multiple dance styles and help guide you towards the best song that fits your skill level. Just remember when you are having a live band, the tempo of the song should remain consistent to the tempo you’ve practiced. Its our belief that cutting music is a waste of time and can backfire if you miss your queue. Choose a spot in your song with a familiar verse, instrument, or word and start to finish with your dip. Once you have finished with your dip, have the DJ start to fade out the music by slowly turning the volume down.
We hope this list of songs are helpful in your wedding dance journey. For more information about ballroom dance lessons, wedding dance lessons, salsa dance, or swing dance please contact us at info@windycityweddingdance.com or check out our website https://windycityweddingdance.com
